ABOUT THE COLLECTION
Out of love for swimming, the limited Capsule Collection
LOVIS x VOLANS Swimwear 2023 was created. Influenced by countless moments spent in the cool waters, the collection sees itself as an homage to the connection with the element of water as well as the passion for swimming. The collection embodies summer as the embodiment of a time for dreaming, simplicity and a return to the essentials in life.
Contrasting with the brightness of summer, the collection is restrained solid colors in the flattering “Berry Sorbet”, a matte purple-bordeaux, and a soft black. Freed from ephemeral trends, this color choice emphasizes a free sensuality. The collection consists of a swimsuit and a bikini set. For a feminine aesthetic, the clean cuts have been cleverly combined romantically with flounces. The perfect silhouette is achieved by the best SHAPE materials from Italy and still so reliably withstand any swimming experience.

ABOUT LOVIS
Lovis Messerschmidt is an influencer, podcaster, mother and passionate swimmer. No longer willing to settle for another swim season of only semi-good-fitting swimwear, she turned to VOLANS Swimwear in 2022. Immediately, there was a mermaid-like connection between Lovis and the label founders. After many hours of Lovis testing her new swimsuit on lakes and seas, the idea was born to develop her own Capsule Collection for 2023.
