The ordered goods can be returned within 14 days after you have received the goods. We are not responsible for the shipping costs of the returns. Please enclose the delivery note. We are grateful for your feedback and the reason for your returning of the goods. A return is possible only when the item is unused, clean and undamaged and sent back in the original packing, inclusive of all labels and papers.
The credit for the returned goods will be made via the same means of payment that you selected during the transaction in the VOLANS E-Shop. Underwear must always be worn when trying on swimwear. If the clothes show signs that they have already been worn, they will no longer be accepted by us.
